Cookie policy
Cookies on this site.
Last updated 13 October 2026.
This policy covers nutrifitgym.co.uk, run by Nutrifit Gym, 5 Brook Street, Liverpool. It explains what we store on your device, why, and how to change your mind.
Your choice
On your first visit we ask whether you accept analytics. Until you accept, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are not loaded, nothing is sent to them, and no analytics cookies are set. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the site works the same either way.
We do not use advertising cookies. Accepting analytics does not switch on advertising, ad personalisation, Google signals or Microsoft advertising data sharing.
Always on
These are needed for the site to work or to remember your choice. They are not used for analytics.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| nf_consent (local storage) | Nutrifit Gym | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics, and when. | Until you change it or clear your browser data |
| nf_utm (session storage) | Nutrifit Gym | Keeps the advert or campaign tag you arrived with, so it can be passed to the Glofox booking page you choose. | Until you close the tab |
| Login storage (member and staff area only) | Nutrifit Gym | Keeps members and staff signed in. | Until you sign out |
Analytics, only if you accept
We use these to understand which pages help people and where they get stuck. We send page addresses, page titles, the button and package clicked, and which part of the business (Gym or Reformer) it relates to. We never send your name, email or phone number to these tools.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_<ID> | Google Analytics | Tells visits apart so we can count visitors, pages viewed and booking-button clicks. | Up to 2 years |
| _clck, _clsk | Microsoft Clarity | Links page views into one visit so we can see clicks, scrolling and anonymised session replays. | _clck up to 1 year, _clsk 1 day |
| nf_sid (session storage) | Nutrifit Gym | A random visit code used for our own visitor count. | Until you close the tab |
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited and Microsoft Clarity by Microsoft Corporation. Both may process data outside the UK under their own safeguards. When you follow a booking link to Glofox after accepting, a short visit code is added to the link so Google Analytics can connect the booking page to your visit.
Advertising, only if you choose Accept all
We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram adverts lead to visits, trial button clicks and plan requests, and to help Meta show our adverts to people more likely to be interested. We send the page viewed, when a trial button is clicked (with the package name) and when a plan request is sent. We never send your name, email or phone number. Choosing "Analytics only" or "Reject all" keeps the Meta Pixel off.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| _fbp, _fbc | Meta | Recognises your browser so advert visits and actions can be counted. | Up to 90 days |
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. If you withdraw, we stop Google Analytics and Clarity straight away, delete the analytics cookies listed above from this site, and reload the page so neither tool keeps running. Information already sent before you withdrew is not deleted by this. Clarity may also keep its own cookies on Microsoft's domains, which only your browser settings can remove.
Glofox booking and timetable
Bookings, memberships and the live timetable shown on our timetable pages are run by Glofox. Glofox pages and the embedded timetable set their own cookies, including payment cookies (Stripe) and Glofox's own analytics. Our cookie settings do not control those. See Glofox's own privacy information for details.
